江苏久维压力容器制造有限公司成立于2007年8月，位于江苏句容经济开发区。占地面积43000平方米，一期已完成15000平方米生产厂房。前身为南京久维无缝高压容器研究所。该所拥有一支从事压力容器行业二十余年的技术团队，专业从事无缝高压气瓶专机设备的研发和生产工艺的优化，具有丰富的设计、制造经验，并自行研发多项气瓶生产的专利设备。以自身生产技术优势为基础，一期已可批量生产25毫升~15升的锰钢、铬钼钢及不锈钢无缝气瓶；设备完善后，生产范围将扩展至120L。 公司技术力量雄厚，生产设备精良，制造工艺先进、检测设备完备，并拥有完善的质量保证体系。我们力争以专业、诚信、勤勉的工作态度，以打造“无缝气瓶制造专家”为生产口号，为国内外同行提供国内的生产设计及生产技术，为市场提供优良的产品！ Jiangsu JiuWei High Pressure Vessel Manufacture Co.,Ltd established in August,2007, locates in Jurong economic development zone. The plant covers about 43000 square meters and an plant building with 15000 square meters was built in phase one. Jiangsu Jiuwei’s predecessor is Nanjing Jiuwei seamless high-pressure cylinder research institute, who has a team engaged in the industy of pressure vessel more than 20 years. The team are professional at R&D of production equipment and process optimization of seamless high pressure gas cylinder, especially they are experienced in the design and manufacture, and they own plenty of of proprietary equipments developed by themselves.Depends on the technological advantage, the cylinders with the capacity from 25ml to 15L can be manufactured by Manganese steel、Chromiun-molybdenum steel or Stainless steel in bulk at present;After perfecting,the range would be expand to 120L.
